Food & Beverage Level Product Line
Anderson
electronic level transmitters are designed to accurately and repeatedly monitor
the liquid height in a variety of process and storage vessels from a minimum
height of 30 inches up to a maximum of 100 feet. Weld-in shells are available
to provide a truly flush diaphragm seal with the inside wall of the tank.
A special "mini" level transmitter is also available for simple
level control applications in balance tanks and CIP vessels. The completely
electronic "Differential" level transmitter eliminates bulky, hard
to handle capillaries that in the past were a requirement on pressure or vacuum
vessels. Anderson also offers a complete line of single and multiple channel
micro-based level monitors which feature programmable set-points and alarm
relays, as well as direct (DH+) PLC compatibility.

Non-Contact Radar Level Transmitter The TRL series - designed for the toughest level control applications in the sanitary processing market. The Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology of our TRL Level Transmitter enables this sensor to be unaffected by changes in temperature, specific gravity, steam, pressure and vacuum, all of which create issues with ultrasonic and differential pressure-based sensors. The HB "mini" sensor has been specifically designed for use in simple level control applications such as balance tanks and CIP vessels. This product is made to stand up to direct wash-downs and wide variations in temperature ranges: one for tanks 20" - 60" (low) and the other for tanks 60.1" - 100" (high). Form AIC 5005:
